Photo shoots sound glamorous - but what really happens when the lights are turned up and the camera starts to click?  Phaidon.com went behind the scenes on the photo shoot for the step-by-step cookbook: What to Cook and How to Cook It.  This video shows the stages and considerations to food styling, photographing and baking cupcakes for this ultimate cookbook, with Jane Hornby, author of the book, Angela Moore the photographer and Laura Gladwin the commissioning editor.
